• LIEAP- The 2021 LIEAP application has been extended until Friday, May 28, 2021. Applications must be received prior to 5:00 PM, May 28, 2021.

• Print application​ available at Evergreen Neighborhood Resource Center at 2700 N. Woodland or Online application​ at http://www.dcf.ks.gov/

• The income guidelines have also been increased form 130% of the FPL to 150%. They are going to go through all previous denied 2021 applications. If a denied applicant now qualifies for the new guidelines, they will receive a benefit. There is no need for previously denied applicants to reapply.
